Breakfast & Lunch Program
For the 2024-25 school year, Ross School District is partnering with Reed Union School District and LunchMaster to offer free meals in line with California's Universal Meals Program.
Download the form below and submit it via email to Carol Slender, CBO. If you'd prefer to complete this form in person, you can pick up and submit a hard copy at our front office. Only one application per household is necessary.
Please Note:
Ross provides free lunches to any hungry student, regardless of application status. However, your completion of the Free and Reduced Lunch Application not only contributes to the Ross School District's ability to obtain funding but also our eligibility for individual student benefits.Nondiscrimination Statement

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/
sites/default/files/documents/ , from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
