About the Ross School Foundation
The Ross School Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds to fill the gap between what the Ross School receives from local, state and federal sources and what it actually costs to run the school. The Foundation funds approximately 20% of Ross School’s annual budget each year. The vast majority of these donations come from current school families, but we also receive generous donations from community members, alumni and local businesses.
The Ross School Foundation was founded in 1992 as the cost to provide a high quality education to the children of Ross School began to exceed the amount the school received from government sources. As of this year, that gap in funding has grown to $3,500 per child. We ask the parents of every child in the school to donate to Foundation to close this gap. Approximately 95% of parents donate to the Foundation each year and without their generous contributions, Ross School simply would not be the outstanding school it is today. Every contribution is 100% tax deductible.
Thank you for your support of the students of Ross School!
