  • PURPOSE & GOALS

    DEIB Students is one component of the Associated Student Body here at Ross School. Their purpose is to provide cultural education and celebrate diversity, along with helping to create a school culture where students feel safe to be themselves and connect with one another. DEIB Students encourage empathy, kindness and belonging through student-led activities, celebrations, recognitions and peer support. Their goals are to build a community in which every student feels welcome and has a strong sense of belonging & Make diversity, equity, and inclusion education accessible to all students and grade levels.
