Principal K-4

Mrs. Graham is honored to serve as the Principal and Student Services Director at Ross School. She has spent the past 19 years in education, with the opportunity to teach students from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Her journey has included several years of teaching in Sonoma County, four years as a first-grade teacher right here at Ross, as well as serving as the K–12 Educational Technology Coordinator for Sonoma Valley Unified School District.

She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Educational Technology, but her greatest passion has always been the relationships at the heart of a school community, getting to know students, supporting teachers, and partnering with families.

Mrs. Graham believes that when students feel heard, known, and cared for by both their school and their home, they are able to learn, grow, and thrive. She feels incredibly fortunate to work alongside the dedicated staff at Ross and considers it a privilege to support our students and families through all the little and big moments that make up a child’s school experience.

Outside of school, you’ll usually find Mrs. Graham spending time with her family in Lake Tahoe, camping (although she would happily admit that glamping is more her speed!), or relaxing on a local beach with her two dogs, Annie and Dallas. She loves being outdoors, enjoying time with the people she loves, and finding a little time to slow down and enjoy the beautiful place we get to call home.

Her favorite part of being a principal? Getting to know the kids, their personalities, their passions, their funny stories, and the unique ways they see the world. She believes that those relationships are what make a school feel like a community.
